The size of the mons pubis usually varies based on the woman’s hormonal level and the amount of body fat present. The mons pubis is an important part of female anatomy, as it provides protection to the pubic bone, particularly during intercourse. Thus, the size and shape of this region can be of great aesthetic and physical importance to women.
