This blog discusses penis girth surgery. There are several methods that have been used to add girth to the penis. My preferred method is to use something called a dermal graft. I’ll discuss the other methods in my other videos on fat, fillers and implants. While I don’t use these methods, I have years of experience in caring for men who have had problems with them.
A dermal graft is a piece of tissue that comes from a tissue bank. I wrap it around the shaft of the penis, leaving a gap at the bottom, so the penis can expand to become erect. The graft is acellular, which means it has no cells in it and because of that it can’t be rejected. Over time the graft becomes incorporated and feels like normal tissue. This makes the penis thicker in a way that no one can tell. Dermal grafts are unique in this regard. These grafts are the only method that feels totally natural as time goes on. In fact, some men have returned to me to ask if the graft has disappeared and I can measure them to demonstrate that their penis is about 30% greater in circumference than before the surgery.
Graft surgery requires that patients closely follow my aftercare plan, which is very specific. You won’t be able to work for a week or 2 and you won’t be able to have sex for at least 4 weeks after surgery. In fact, many men report that erections are painful in the first month after surgery and this is normal.
While this surgery is complex, I perform it on a regular basis and it has few problems for patients. However, patients who have had fillers or other procedures before I perform my procedure often have issues with healing that can add to your downtime.
Other surgeons also use dermal grafts. In my experience, these surgeons will often use strips of graft material and they may stack them to add increased thickness. Stacked grafts are problematic because these grafts need blood supply on both surfaces. Stacked grafts don’t have any blood supply in the middle, so the grafts don’t adhere.
Strips of graft are easily placed, but they can migrate or warp. My method that uses a wrapped graft placed on the correct layer of penis fascia provides the most natural result.
In this series of blogs, I’ll be exploring other aspects of penis enlargement surgery.

Breast Augmentation
by Dr. Heather
Category: reviewsHello! Ok, let me start by saying that Dr. Solomon is THE BEST. The reason I stand behind 5 stars is simple. I received a breast Augmentation 17 years ago and everything went beyond well. Not only did my breast look fabulous they still look fabulous after 17 years. I just left his offices for my 2nd check up in the past 17 years and they look and feel like they did when they were new. Not only did the check up cost ZERO dollars the but the cander and expertise are priceless. Look no further. Dr. Solomon is extremely honest and won't do anything that won't be perfect. Thanks DOC you Rock!
